Integrative Psychotherapist
I am an integrative Psychotherapist, working from combined Theoretical perspectives, which include Psychodynamic, Existential and Person-centred approaches. Therapy is open-ended, and therefore a collaborative experience between client and therapist, ensuring we have an equal amount of creative input and expression within the therapeutic relationship. I work within a framework, that allows a client to express themselves freely, engage and grow by processing experiences and difficulties that they find challenging in life.
